BUYERS RETURN

Request a return within 3 days of delivery.

RETURNS PROCESS:

  • You can request a return for the product within 3 days after it has been delivered to you. After which this service will be disabled.
  • Your return request will be approved/rejected within 48 hours.
  • You will be notified of the pick date and time through sms.
  • You can then track return request from your end itself.
  • Once the product is picked up , it will be brought back to the hub for validation.
  • The entire proces including refunds(if any) will take 7 working days.

REFUND POLICY.

  • Returns for products below 200INR Product price are not accepted
  • All items must be in perfect condition and return as delivered. Inner wear won't be accepted as a return once delivered.
  • Once the product is picked up , it will be brought back to the hub fir validation. Your refund will be credited back to your Pantadrill wallet/credits once the product has been received back at the hub.
  • You can check your Pantadrill account balance under 'Account'>>'My Money'>>'Pantadrill Wallet'/'Pantadrill Credits'

RECEIVE FULL REFUND TO YOUR Pantadrill WALLET IN 7 WORKING DAYS.

  • Item or part is damaged.
  • Item missing.
  • Received a different item.
  • Item didn't match product description.
  • Misrepresentation from Pantadrill.

RECEIVE POINTS ON Pantadrill CREDIT IN 7 WORKING DAYS.

  • Expected a different brand/color/size/fit.
  • Item quality issues.

NO REFUND.

  • Your product will not be eligible for return if it belongs to any of these categories-Watch , make up(Beauty Products),watches or lingerie.

SELLER RETURNS

Product returned.

It stays with us until further.

Want it back? Pay 200 and take the product with you.

  • E-mail us at support@pantadrill.com or give us a call on +91 9717885535 and our customer care team will assist you further.
  • For sellers- you will be charged Rs. 50 for unavailability of the product. Additionally , your Pantadrill account will be deactivated from our end without your consent if there are multiple instances of order cancellations from your end.

  • *As a seller , you agree to our Terms of Use and Certify that any item you list for sale on the site is accurately described in it's condition,dexcription and photographs. No fake products can be sold on Pantadrill. ONLY QUALITY PRODUCTS SHOULD BE LISTED.
